At XPMarket, we don't do ordinary.

We build tools for the chaos of Web3 — clean, fast, scalable interfaces that make sense of the madness. Our platform is one of the most advanced explorers and dapps in the XRPL ecosystem. And we're just warming up.

We're hunting for a junior front-end developer who doesn't just like AI — they breathe it. Someone who sees every problem and thinks, "How can I use AI to solve this better, faster, or weirder?"

If your idea of fun is wiring up GPT agents, feeding Claude custom prompts, or building browser extensions powered by local LLMs — you're the one.

You'll Be:

• Turning UX ideas into slick, usable interfaces
• Building components with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Embedding AI-powered flows across the platform — seriously, everywhere
• Using OpenAI, Claude, or local models to automate, enhance, and accelerate user experience
• Collaborating with a small, sharp product squad that moves fast and thinks big
• Experimenting. Breaking things. Learning. Rebuilding better

You Must:

• Have 1–2 years of experience or personal projects that scream raw talent
• Be fluent in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling
• Be obsessed with AI — not just the hype, but real-world implementation
• Have built things that use AI at the core, not as a gimmick
• Be deep into crypto/Web3 or itching to dive in
• Write clean, resilient code and care about the craft (without being a code purity cultist)

Bonus Points If You:

• Already ship with LLM integrations by default
• Built tools or bots that combine AI + on-chain data
• Have experience with XRPL or EVM ecosystems
• Use ChatGPT / Claude / local models like an exo-brain
• Are allergic to bureaucracy and allergic to slow
