We're looking for a sharp, proactive operator who can help us identify and connect with innovative projects in the space. You'll play a key role in expanding our reach, building relationships, and unlocking new opportunities for growth across the XRPL and broader crypto landscape.

You'll Be:

• Connecting with crypto projects, founders, and builders
• Identifying high-potential teams that align with XPMarket's vision
• Leading strategic conversations that open the door to deeper collaboration
• Building systems to scale outreach and follow-up

You Must:

• Be deeply curious about Web3, crypto, and AI
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and with purpose
• Be comfortable reaching out cold and sparking real conversations
• Have a track record of driving outcomes, not just activity

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in Web3 BD, partnerships, or early-stage sales
• Understand the XRPL ecosystem or want to master it
• Can sniff out high-signal projects and know how to pitch value
