About Top Dapps
How are the rankings determined?
Rankings are based on several metrics including the number of transactions processed, the diversity of transaction types (such as payments, DEX operations, and NFT transactions), and the number of unique active wallets interacting with the Dapps.
What does the 'Total txs' column represent?
The 'Total txs' (Total Transactions) column shows the cumulative number of transactions that each Dapp has processed within the selected time frame (1 day, week, or month), giving an insight into the Dapp's activity level.
Why does the table include Twitter followers?
Including Twitter followers provides additional insight into the community size and engagement level of each Dapp. A higher number of followers can indicate a broader community interest and support, which is essential for the growth and sustainability of Dapps.
Can I view historical data for these rankings?
Yes, historical data is available and can be viewed over different time ranges such as 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month. This feature allows you to track the performance trends and growth of Dapps over time.
Why do some Dapps appear without names?
We catalogue all Dapps using a unique source tag. Occasionally, a dApp may display only numbers instead of a name; this indicates that its name is not currently listed in our database. If you recognise the source tag or if you are the owner of the dApp, please reach out to us. We'll promptly update our records with the correct information.
What is a source tag?
A source tag is a numeric code that identifies the originator or source of a transaction within our system. Each dApp is assigned a unique string of numbers, which is selected by the project team itself. These source tags help in tracking transactions and linking them to their respective Dapps accurately.
My dApp is not listed. What should I do?
If you are a dApp owner and your project is not appearing on our dApp scanner, please get in touch with us. To ensure inclusion, verify that your dApp has an associated source tag that is publicly visible on the blockchain, within the dedicated field of each transaction. Contact us to update or add your dApp to our scanner.
