Community Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Community Manager to join our team at XPMarket and play an integral role in growing and managing our online community. This is a full-time, remote position open to applicants in any global location.

The successful applicant must demonstrate a proven track record in community management, as well as intelligence and ownership.

As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Cultivating and growing the vibrant XPMarket network.
• Proactively writing, proofreading, and editing content for English speaking markets.
• Moderating and engaging in the various social media platforms and chat groups.
• Scouting new avenues to expand user outreach and interest.
• Organising online events.
• Recruiting and managing XPMarket moderators.
• Relaying user feedback and suggestions.
• Compiling research, interviews, and analysis.
• Assisting the creative team with design, campaigns and using social media to promote company initiatives.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Proven community management experience with a focus on ownership and emotional intelligence.
• Experience launching community initiatives like building forums, ambassador programs, event series, and email newsletters.
• Familiarity with online platforms like Telegram, Discord, X, etc.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain concepts and trends, and being passionate about the crypto culture.
• Able to work flexibly and be available to interact with the crypto community as much as possible.
