About XXRP
Teucrium 2x Long Daily XRP ETF (XXRP) is a leveraged XRP exchange-traded fund issued by Teucrium and listed on NYSE Arca. Instead of holding XRP directly, the fund uses futures and other derivatives to amplify the daily move in XRP. XXRP launched on Apr 8, 2025. Leveraged funds reset their exposure daily, so over periods longer than one day returns can differ substantially from the stated multiple of XRP's return. They are built for short-term trading, not buy-and-hold.
Teucrium 2x Long Daily XRP ETF was the first XRP-linked ETF to list in the United States, arriving well before spot XRP funds were approved. It targets twice the daily move in XRP using derivatives.
XXRP predates the spot funds, so its early trading history reflects a period when it was one of the only ways to get XRP exposure in a brokerage account. Like every 2x product it resets daily and is intended for short holding periods, and it sits among the more expensive XRP funds available.

Frequently Asked Questions
XXRP is Teucrium 2x Long Daily XRP ETF, a leveraged XRP ETF from Teucrium listed on NYSE Arca. It uses derivatives to amplify XRP's daily move and resets that exposure every day, so it is used for short-term trading rather than long-term holding.
XXRP charges an annual expense ratio of 0.95%. The fee is taken out of the fund's assets automatically, so you do not pay it separately. Lower expense ratios matter most for long-term holders.
No. XXRP gets its XRP exposure through derivatives instead of holding the token directly. That is what lets it amplify daily price moves, and it also introduces roll costs and tracking differences.
Buying XXRP gives you XRP price exposure inside a brokerage account, with no wallet, private keys or crypto exchange needed, but you pay the fund's annual fee and can only trade during market hours. Buying XRP directly on the XRP Ledger means you own the asset itself, can self-custody it, trade 24/7 and use it across the XRPL ecosystem.
That depends on your goals and risk tolerance. XRP is a volatile asset, and ETF structures add their own considerations such as fees and, for leveraged funds, daily rebalancing effects.
